Dr. Hardin joined the Summit Lakes school community as principal in 2025. During her 20+ year career in education, primarily within LSR7, she has served as a middle school teacher, high school librarian, and assistant principal at both Summit Technology Academy and Pleasant Lea Middle School. 

Dr. Hardin earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, her Specialist in School Administration from the University of Central Missouri, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. 

Throughout her career. Dr. Hardin has enjoyed building relationships with students and their families. Her passion for middle level education is evident in her work to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally during these years in order to experience success in life. Dr. Hardin is thrilled to be part of the Falcon Family, and looks forward to working together.
 

Hannah Cadwell

Mrs. Cadwell will be serving as an Assistant Principal at Summit Lakes Middle School. As a proud graduate of the LSR7 School District, she is thrilled to give back to a community that has given so much to her.
Before joining the team at SLMS, Mrs. Cadwell taught 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts in the Blue Springs School District. She later became a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Pleasant Lea Middle School, where she continued to support middle school students in the elective world.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Middle School English Education from Missouri State University—go Bears! While teaching, she completed her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership through the University of Central Missouri.

Outside of school, Mrs. Cadwell enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Susan. She is excited to be part of the Summit Lakes team and looks forward to supporting student growth and building strong connections within the SLMS community.

Dominic Greenlee, Ed.S.

Mr. Greenlee will be serving as the 7th-Grade Assistant Principal and Activities Director.  Prior to joining Lee's Summit, he served as a middle school math teacher, coding teacher, and high school math teacher in the North Kansas City School District and University Academy Charter School. In addition, Mr. Greenlee coached multiple sports at both the middle and high school levels. These sports include football, basketball and track.

Mr. Greenlee graduated from Truman State University with his Bachelor's in Exercise Science  with a Health Studies minor He then went on to earn his Master's in Secondary Education through the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and afterwards his Education Specialist in K-12 Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University. Mr. Greenlee is excited to join the Lee's Summit family to continue his growth as a leader in education and give back to the community.

Mr. Greenlee is elated to continue developing the relationship between students, parents, teachers and community in Lee's Summit. He is passionate to ensure learning and growth within students in and out of the classroom. Mr. Greenlee cannot wait to be involved in the already-present equity and inclusion in such a successful school district.
